Do you have a price guarantee?

Our price adjustment policy allows you to request a price adjustment under certain conditions. If we decrease our advertised price for a model offered for direct-to-consumer sale on https://usa.pioneer within seven calendar days following your purchase of that same model from us, then upon your request, we’ll refund the difference to the same credit card used for that purchase. This policy applies only when the decreased advertised price is for the identical model number.

This policy applies only to advertising and sale by us and is not a price matching policy for offers from other retailers. This policy is for consumer purchases only (excludes any dealer/distributor purchases). 

To request an adjustment, please email Pioneer Direct providing your name, Pioneer order number, the phone number and email address provided with the order, and the specific adjustment request.  We will review your request and respond according to this policy’s terms.
