I am sorry, our system detected a possible fraud issue and cancelled your order. 
We do not have a way to override the system.
I would suggest purchasing the speakers through a local retailer, like Best Buy. Seems they are selling them at about the same price.

        I checked our system by your email address. I was not able to locate an order or account. If the order was placed on our website, USA.PIONEER, please provide the email address you used to place the order.

      • How will I know when my order has shipped?

        You will receive an email notification with the UPS tracking number. It can take 3-5 business days to process and ship an order.
